Comprehensive Warranty & Guarantee Program

This Warranty is provided by Water Solutions and applies only after the Work has been completed, and payment has been received in full. If payment is not received, all warranties and guarantees are null and void. This written Warranty supersedes all prior verbal or written representations and is the sole warranty provided unless otherwise stated in writing.

Water Solutions provides workmanship warranties, system warranties, and customer assurance guarantees designed to deliver long-term performance, transparency, and peace of mind. These warranties apply only to the specific areas treated under the contracted scope of work and do not extend to untreated portions of the structure or property.

Price Assurance Guarantee

Water Solutions guarantees that the price provided in the original proposal reflects a fair and competitive value for the scope of work, materials, and installation quality. If, within 30 days of receiving the proposal, the Customer provides a written estimate from a comparable contractor for the same scope of work and similar materials, Water Solutions will review the proposal and, if equivalent, match or beat the competing price. If Water Solutions is unable to match the proposal for the same level of work, any deposit paid by the Customer will be fully refunded. This guarantee ensures transparent pricing, eliminates risk in choosing Water Solutions, and reinforces the company’s commitment to delivering premium work at a fair price.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Water Solutions guarantees that all work will be completed in accordance with the agreed scope, standards, and specifications outlined in the proposal. If the Customer is not satisfied with the workmanship or service, Water Solutions will review the concern and work toward a reasonable resolution. This guarantee is limited to the correction of workmanship-related issues and does not extend to conditions outside the scope of work or to system limitations inherent to the property.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Warranty, stabilization refers to reducing the likelihood of further structural movement or failure. Vertical movement refers to settlement or downward movement of a structure or slab. Horizontal movement refers to inward or lateral displacement of foundation walls. Any reference to system performance applies only to the specific components installed by Water Solutions and only within the defined treatment areas established at the time of installation.

DryGuard Pro™ Interior Drainage System Warranty

Water Solutions warrants that the DryGuard Pro™ Interior Drainage System is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of thirty (30) years from the date of installation. This warranty applies only to groundwater intrusion within the areas where the DryGuard Pro™ system is installed and does not extend to any areas not treated as part of the original scope of work.

When the DryGuard Pro™ system is installed as part of a complete water management solution that includes the DryGuard Pro™ vapor barrier system, qualifying exterior drainage, resloping, or surface water control measures, the system is considered an integrated water management system. Under these conditions, Water Solutions provides a lifetime warranty against groundwater intrusion within the treated areas for the life of the structure. This lifetime warranty applies only when both interior and exterior water conditions are properly addressed at the time of installation.

This warranty is not a guarantee of a completely dry basement under all conditions. Water intrusion may still occur due to extreme weather events, rising groundwater conditions, surface flooding, plumbing leaks, condensation, or water entering through untreated areas. Water Solutions is not responsible for water intrusion resulting from conditions outside the DryGuard Pro™ system or beyond its design capacity.

Mechanical components associated with the DryGuard Pro™ system, including sump pumps and battery backup systems, are not covered under this workmanship warranty and are subject solely to manufacturer warranties. Discharge lines extending beyond five feet from the foundation are not included unless specifically outlined in the contract. Water Solutions is not responsible for frozen discharge lines, system backups caused by improper grading, or lack of system maintenance.

This warranty is transferable to future property owners provided that the system remains unaltered, the property remains residential in use, and Water Solutions is notified in writing within thirty days of the transfer of ownership.

Structural Wall Reinforcement Warranty (Carbon Fiber, Wall Anchors, and Steel Beams)

Water Solutions warrants that wall support systems, including carbon fiber reinforcement, wall anchors, and steel I-beam systems, will stabilize the specific wall sections where installed, for the lifetime of the structure. Stabilization is defined as preventing additional inward movement beyond the condition established at the time of installation. This warranty does not guarantee straightening, realignment, or return of the wall to its original position.

This warranty applies only to the exact areas where support systems are installed and only when installation meets Water Solutions’ design specifications. Walls that exceed acceptable deflection limits at the time of installation or are not fully reinforced across the required span may not be covered. Benchmark measurements taken at the time of installation will be used to determine any future movement.

Water Solutions is not responsible for movement caused by soil pressure, hydrostatic conditions, settlement, erosion, slope failure, or other environmental factors. Movement occurring outside the reinforced areas is not covered. Water Solutions is not responsible for cosmetic changes, interior finish cracking, or damage resulting from structural adjustments.

Foundation Push Piers & Helical Piers Warranty

Water Solutions warrants that foundation push piers and helical pier systems will stabilize the structure against further vertical movement for the lifetime of the structure in the areas where they are installed. Stabilization is defined as preventing additional settlement beyond the condition established at the time of installation.

This warranty does not guarantee lifting, leveling, or restoration of the structure to its original elevation. Any attempt to lift or adjust the structure is performed at the Customer’s request and risk, and Water Solutions is not responsible for damage to finishes, framing, or structural components that may occur during lifting.

Subsurface soil conditions are assumed based on available data at the time of installation. If conditions differ from expectations, additional work may be required at additional cost. Water Solutions is not responsible for settlement caused by soil conditions outside the installed pier locations or for movement in portions of the structure that are not supported by the installed system.

Foundation Crack Repair Warranty

Water Solutions warrants that foundation crack repairs and pipe penetration sealing services are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years (2) from the date of installation. During this period, the treated crack or penetration is warranted to remain watertight, meaning groundwater will not pass through the repaired area and collect on the interior floor surface. If failure occurs within the warranty period, Water Solutions will repair or re-treat the affected area using appropriate methods.

This warranty applies only to the specific crack or penetration treated and does not extend to other areas of the foundation or additional sources of water intrusion. The warranty becomes void if structural movement occurs after installation, including settlement, wall movement, or additional cracking that affects the repaired area. Crack repair does not address underlying hydrostatic pressure or structural issues, and Water Solutions is not responsible for damage to personal property or interior finishes resulting from such conditions.

Egress Window Installation Warranty

Water Solutions warrants that egress window installations are free from defects in workmanship for a period of five years (5) from the date of installation. If a failure occurs as a direct result of installation workmanship, Water Solutions will, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected component.

Egress windows and window wells are not guaranteed to be fully waterproof unless combined with a DryGuard Pro™ window well drainage system. Water intrusion may occur due to soil conditions, drainage limitations, or environmental factors, and Water Solutions is not responsible for damage resulting from such conditions. This warranty does not cover product defects covered under manufacturer warranties or issues unrelated to installation workmanship.

DryGuard Pro™ HydroRelief Swimming Pool Drainage System Warranty 

Water Solutions warrants that the DryGuard Pro™ HydroRelief System is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of ten (10) years from the date of installation. This warranty applies to the system’s ability to relieve hydrostatic pressure and manage groundwater within the areas treated. It does not extend to any areas outside the original scope of work.

When installed as part of a complete water management solution that includes qualifying exterior drainage, discharge management, and proper grading or resloping, the system is considered an integrated groundwater management system. Under these conditions, Water Solutions provides a lifetime warranty against hydrostatic pressure buildup within the treated areas for the life of the structure.

This warranty does not guarantee the elimination of all groundwater conditions. Performance may be affected by extreme weather, rising water tables, soil movement, or conditions beyond the system’s design or in untreated areas. Water Solutions is not responsible for damage resulting from conditions outside the installed system.

Mechanical components, including sump pumps, switches, and battery backups, are not covered under this workmanship warranty and are subject to manufacturer warranties. Discharge lines and extensions are excluded unless specified. Water Solutions is not responsible for issues caused by freezing, blockages, improper grading, alterations, or lack of maintenance.

This warranty is transferable provided the system remains unaltered, the property remains residential, and Water Solutions is notified in writing within thirty (30) days of ownership transfer.

Outdoor Drainage & Surface Water Management Warranty

Water Solutions warrants that outdoor drainage systems, including grading, trench drains, downspout extensions, and surface water management solutions, are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five years (5) from the date of installation. This warranty applies to system performance as designed under normal residential conditions and is limited to the treated areas.

This warranty does not apply to changes in soil conditions, erosion, extreme weather events, lack of maintenance, or modifications made after installation. Water Solutions is not responsible for damage caused by water conditions beyond the capacity or design of the installed system, nor for damage to landscaping, structures, or personal property resulting from such conditions.

General Conditions, Exclusions, and Limitations

All warranties provided by Water Solutions apply only to the original installation areas and are contingent upon full payment, proper use, and normal residential conditions. Systems must not be altered, modified, or repaired by others to maintain warranty validity. Water Solutions is not responsible for failures caused by environmental conditions, acts of nature, structural movement, improper maintenance, or conditions outside the scope of the installed system.

Water management systems are designed to control and manage water, not eliminate it under all possible conditions. Hydrostatic pressure, groundwater fluctuations, and site-specific conditions may impact system performance. Water Solutions does not guarantee a completely dry environment in all circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all services, materials, and systems are provided without additional warranties beyond those expressly stated herein, and all implied warranties are disclaimed.
